The Fellow, Specialist, and Virtual Educator Programs engage U.S. citizen educators, placing them in virtual and in-country assignments around the world to support U.S. embassies in delivering English language programs that build mutual understanding through cultural exchange.
The OPEN program delivers high‑quality virtual learning opportunities for English educators, professionals, and learners around the world. It also offers free MOOCs, expert‑led webinars, and dynamic social media communities that connect participants with resources and peers worldwide.
After-school English language skills classes for talented non-U.S. students aged 13 to 20. The program also enriches learning through cultural events, leadership opportunities, and interactive virtual experiences that prepare students for future study and careers.
